Terms & Conditions

Orders
Your order must be received by 2pm the day prior to requested pick up or delivery.Call us for items that may not be listed on our order form.

Pick Up
PJ Meats will pack your order and have it ready for you to pick up at our store at the time specified in your order form. Payment can be made on pick up of your ordered goods.

Delivery
PJ Meats will deliver goods to you at your nominated delivery address within the time agreed with you. PJ Meats will not be obliged to deliver goods if an incorrect address is provided. Payment of your goods will be required on delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Charges
Orders over $200 will be delivered free.
For orders under $200 an $20.00 delivery fee will apply.

Receipt of Goods
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by PJ Meats to be authorised to receive the goods. We suggest that you be at the delivery address to receive your delivery, due to the perishable nature of the goods.

Non delivery of Goods
Where you believe that an item, which was ordered by you, has not been delivered and you wish to report the non-delivery, you must notify PJ Meats of the non-delivery no later than 24 hours after the delivery has arrived.

All staff are experienced & friendly with butchers on hand to cut products per customer requirements.
