Orders
Your order must be received by 2pm the day prior to requested pick up or delivery.

Delivery
PJ Meats will deliver goods to you at your nominated delivery address within the time agreed with you. PJ Meats will not be obliged to deliver goods if an incorrect address is provided.

Payment of your goods will be need required on delivery unless otherwise agreed with acceptance of credit application.

Delivery Charges
Orders over $100 will be delivered free. For orders under $200 an $20.00 delivery fee will apply.

Receipt of Goods
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by PJ Meats to be authorised to receive the goods. We suggest that you be at the delivery address to receive your delivery, due to the perishable nature of the goods.

Non Delivery of Goods
Where you believe that an item, which was ordered by you, has not been delivered and you wish to report the non-delivery, you must notify PJ Meats of the non-delivery no later than 24 hours after the delivery has arrived.

Wholesale

PJ Meats wholesale clients are predominantly retail butcher shops and a select few wholesalers in Victoria and interstate who order larger quantities. We supply our clients with high quality products at the most competitive price on the market.

Almost all boxed products supplied for this sector are cryovaced.
